Have members any experian)ce of getting AirBnB to review an apparently unfair guest review of their property? What was the outcome?

@Thomas3129 You have zero chance removing that review. Your only choices are to snooze the listing and start a new one (but the old reviews will stay on your profile) or just hope future reviews are better.

Yes I did get them to remove a retaliatory review of someone who broke rules, caused damage, and got caught. It took 2 months and I had to escalate my complaint. Keep at it, it can happen.
