AirBnb Expenses Spreadsheet

Hello fellow friends, 

Does anyone have an expenses spreadsheet that is already made that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Looking to be more organized with my property and would love some help.

@Colby16   I based my expenses spreadsheet on the categories listed on the IRS schedule E.   Then I used subcategories such as plumber, electrician, cleaner, etc. as well as Home Depot, Amazon and grocery store.  Refine it to your needs, and I think you will be happy.   Don’t forget all of your utilities, including cell phone and Netflix.  I use Microsoft excel.

You've got a really helpful answer from @Lorna170 (thank you!) but I also wanted to direct you here where people have suggested some similar tools which you could use along with Lorna's suggestions.
