AirCover Reimbursement Request is not paid

Hello,

AirBnB has not paid the other half of my aircover request. It is ridiculous that they cannot pay $750. The insurance company they've employed has closed all my tickets!!!!

They say for arbitration contact their customer serivce, customer service says we don't know. It is a scam.
