Some guests destroyes my bathroom sink by burning it three places and destroyed one of the doors.
I have issues with Air cover resolution center. Even tho i send in pictures, contaced the professional firm who constructed the bathroom elements telling that it cant be replaced. They still give me a headache about it. Im losing my patience. One day, one person answerd then another. Then in german, then in english. What should i do. Im getting to a olace where i almost want to report airbnb for fake advertising of insurance covering.

Hi, im in contact with ** from resolutions. I understand that there should be some details in the proces. But some of the evidence is just so rifht forward. A broken vloset door is a broken closet door you cant repair but only replace. I need more help than this merry go round. I have now talked to you guys over the phone 10 times. Its also irritating that you cant talked to the person from resolutions. Its hard to communicate through email only.
