I have recently been asked by the leasing office to Provide the following:

1. 1,000,000 property liability policy with property owners listed as an additional insured. 

2. 1,000,000 professional liability policy with property owners listed as an additional insured. 

This will determine where I can still host in their units or not. Is this is what the new AirCover Policy covering?

As a host, how can I obtain a personal copy of my AirCover Coverage and the specifics of what coverage it provide for me as a host & my units?

@Fields-Of-Luxury0 My advice is absolutely not to rely on the Airbnb policy especially for liability. It is just not worth the risk and the amount is too low for many claims.

However it's not something you should rely on. You should have your own home insurance for short term lets.
