A guest stole my TV and damaged my property and Air Cover hasn't given me any response in 2 months.

 

How can I communicate with a manager or someone higher up at Airbnb?

You can't @Jose5936 . In your situation I would post on their social media and be calling and emailing daily.

I do it and nothing 😞
