Hello everyone!
I connected my property with AirDna, after that I've got a message from AirBnb about simple prices: now my guests will see price without AirBnb commission because it will be included in my price and I will pay it to AirBnb by myself (15%). It means that I should rise my price +15% and my price/per night will be higher for my potential guests than other listings, because their price doesn't include 15%, it is adding extra for them, so that is the problem.
How can I make it back? It is not good for searching, I think, because guests often searching listings limited by price/per night.
I am trying to disconnect my listing from AirDna, but I can't find any button.

@Kristina623 within 1% it makes no difference to competitiveness if you use simplified pricing.
Simplified pricing:
Your price $100
Guest pays $100
You get $85
The other way
Your price 87
Guest pays 1.142*87 = 100
You get .97*87 = 84.4
So I really wouldn't worry about this at all

Hi, I'm having the same problem.
How did you disconnect from Airdna?

Hey there @Goncalo12,
As AirDna is a 3rd party company, you'll need to head directly to their website in order to disconnect your listing.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
To disconnect any external application, such as AirDna, here’s a quick and easy method on a PC:
1. Go to [Airbnb Hosting](https://www.airbnb.com/hosting).
2. Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner.
3. Select **Account**.
4. Navigate to **Privacy and Sharing**.
5. Go to **Services**.
6. Click **Remove Access** for the external application you wish to disconnect.
After completing these steps, you can verify the disconnection on the external application itself.
I hope this helps!
Best regards,
Andry
