Hi my name Is Elmer a Local Guide and a Tourist driver in Cebu city Philippines. You can message me if you like to plan to vi...
when i embed the listing into my website, the url shows up as https://www.airbnb.com/room/{room} rather than what it should be https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/{room}
Hi @Devin241 and @Thilde494 😊,
Thank you so much for your patience!
Are you still encountering this issue?
Our internal team has requested a screen recording while you access the link. Would you be able to send it to me here?
Warm regards 🌻

I can't insert video here only photos. I wish the internal team could make the effort and click on the link themselves and se what happens. I have even searched through the whole code and posted the part on line 68 where there is an error. Customerservice have been served with all this information also so the problem shouldn't be hard to solve by the one who has programmed the code for embedded content. If customers click on the preview they end up here
Where we get the embedded code (it's in swedish since I'm in sweden)
What the code we can access looks like
This is what the preview looks like when I post the embedded content on my homepage
Thank you for Posting that! I had no idea those options were available on the Share feature!
@Elisa Heres a link to the preview of my house as it looks when the code is embedded from Airbnb. Try clicking on it and you see that it just takes you to the "Oops!-page"
How many sets of screenshots and recordings from multiple Airbnb hosts will it take to get a developer to look at this? Please escalate this as soon as possible!
Hi
Same problem here. Any solutions?
Hi @Elisa
Any solutions to the embed code error swithching https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/ to https://www.airbnb.com/room/?
Any response would be much appreciated.
I am having the same issue.
Having the same issue also. Found a work around by creating a custom link in AirBnB for the listing, then creating a slider with several photos and then used the custom link embedded to take the visitor to the AirBnB page. It would be better to keep the AirBnB code...if it only worked again!!!
Same issue here - this worked just fine quite recently, so it seems like something that broke on Airbnb's end and they need to fix it since many of us have replied here with the same issue. My guess is that this happened in the last few weeks, so others just haven't realized that this is no longer working, but is a widespread problem. @Airbnb please don't just respond to each of us with the same generic answer, get this fixed!
Update: after some back and forth via phone and messages with Airbnb support last night and today, I have received the following update from them. Here's hoping we got through to them!
I got the same response from airbnb two days ago and that was after many phonecalls, links, screenshots etc. I really hope they fix it soon!
I had a feeling that may be the case - if everyone else on this thread could please help flood the Support team with the request to fix, I think we can move the needle on this! That sounds frustrating for you to deal with all the calls and whatnot, I know it has been for me! But strength in numbers!
Five days later and I'm having this exact same issue -- I am just now embedding on my website, so this is all new... and in searching I found this post. Still not fixed.
