Airbnb Locked

My account has been abruptly locked because of resemblance with someone who is not allowed to use Airbnb. Firstly, how is that my fault? I have done nothing but be a good guest. Let alone they lock my account, I had $500 in credits in my account that I can't access anymore. I have tried everything but I just keep getting redirected. I have even contacted the grievance officer but not had any luck. Please help, I am desperate to get my money back and I have been caused a lot of trauma in this whole process.
