Airbnb Regulation in Greece

Hi everybody!

I have some questions about the regulation of airbnb in Greece.

I saw that this is not possible to rent out the property for more than 60/90 days or 12K eur annually.

1. So how there are still many hosts that rent out their propeties in airbnb for more than the limit?

2. If I'm using a service of a property managment company, can they rent out the property all the year? (this question relates for all countries with day limitation).

3. Is there other important thing that I should know about the regulatoion in Greece?
