Iโve been fighting to get a false, retaliatory, and defamatory review removed, and hereโs the latest:
๐จ The Guestโs Actions:
โข Left 1-star ratings across the board after Airbnb ruled in my favor and charged them for damages.
โข Falsely claimed I โtried to rip them offโ (despite Airbnb holding them liable).
โข Harassed me with repeated calls & threats, saying โyou better pick up or else.โ
โข Waited outside after checkout to intimidate me.
๐จ Airbnbโs Response:
โข Admitted the review violates their policiesโbut wonโt remove it.
โข Their excuse? โThe system wonโt allow it.โ
โข Told me to submit the same form again instead of taking action.
This sets a dangerous precedentโAirbnb knows the review is retaliatory but still refuses to enforce its own policies. Hosts deserve better protections.
