A ** female guest generalized and stereotyped activities in Baltimore to get out of a booking she had made without adhering to my listing policy as a host. I brought this to Airbnb's attention and the company assured me they would address the situation. They did not. Instead, I was treated as if I did something wrong and was penalized as a result. Airbnb ignores its policy and withholds payments from a host and conducts business in a poor manner.
The company failed to respond after assuring me I would receive a follow-up call. No one responded to me.

Meaning she was allowed to cancel her reservation which came into direct conflict with your cancellation policy? The reason (suspected or given) is what you find objectionable?
Yes, the reservation was cancelled by airbnb on her behalf in spite of the cancellation rules.
This is the one area that Airbnb is most disappointing.
Hey @Hattie13 ,
As Fred asked below, could you shed more light onto this situation. I have also raised this to the specific teams if they can reach out to you soon.
I am still waiting for a response.
