Hi!  I have a large home in a wooded 10 acre property in Arcadia Indiana that I am considering listing with a realtor for sale soon.  My husband and I are downsizing to a smaller home and property.  My Arcadia home is located on Big Cicero Creek, has a cleared out camp area, the 5 bedroom home, barn and a cabin with electric.  Is there a network of potential buyers that I might market my home to who may be interested in turning the property into an Airbnb?  It would make a lovely rentable property, very remote yet not far from modern conveniences.  The home is listed FSBO on Zillow currently.

Why don't you ask local estate agents they can advise you on how best to market your place @Denise1728
