Greeting everyone, I would like to share my case with you. I am a host and on day 04 a guest entered in my residence and on day 09 entered a second guest and at this very moment both payments have not yet been made available and Airbnb says it does not know what is happening.
I've been through 4 attendants from a section and 2 from a section above and as I read in other comments here, they don't know anything, it goes from one attendant to another and they don't solve anything. I have more guests to enter on the 13th and it will probably be a problem because I will not let any guest enter until I receive.
The attendants were Luan, Rodolfo, João and Diego, from the sector above were Vanessa and Diogo that I can't even call anymore, I preserved the last name in this post.
My last call I said I would only hang up with an answer, the call lasted 2:45h and nothing was solved, they do not even know what to say.
I will update everyone every 3 hours, tomorrow I will try to solve at 10am, which will be my first call.
I need a solution, because I am spending with diarist and receptionists because I am not in the region where my property is, with cleaning, gas, light and etc ..., this, we hosts, understand.

Hi @Alanna62 🙂
When looking at your profile and listing it looks like you are a brand new host. It can take up to 30 days to get the very first payout. After that you will receive the payout the day after a guest checks in.
Hi @Emilie 🙂
There used to be a thread made by hosts in this community - that explained everything that a new host should know. Also that the very first payment always was delayed. I can’t find it anymore and also I can’t find anything official from Airbnbs side about first payment being delayed?
I think it would be very helpful for hosts to be able to read about what to expect and about all the basic info. It definitely helped me when I started out.
Best, Sandra
Before placing my property on Airbnb I read all the rules, to be in agreement with everything, the problem is on Airbnb's side and not making a payment that is in its terms and conditions, today I contacted one of my guests and tomorrow I will contact another one and so I will continue asking for help.
@Sandra856 That's a good point! I couldn't find a particular guide when looking now, however give me a bit more time and I'll see what I can hunt down. 🙂 If it's outdated or we can't get our hands on it, maybe we could work together on getting a new one together, since it can be so useful for Hosts starting out?

Hi, I am facing similar issues like others posted here. One of the payments was processed but others(there are already couple of them) from June and July are still not processed. In upcoming payments tab there is an estimated arrival date which is past due long time ago, but I did not get any payments. I contacted support team couple of times by chat and phone but they just keep closing my threads and not resolving any of them. @Emilie please could you escalate this issue to someone to finally resolve it. Thanks in advance 🙂
we hope @emile will help us resolve this situation
Good evening, I would like to thank everyone's concern and @Emilie who probably helped to solve the problem, I received my two late payments I hope I never experience such a problem again, passing by to leave the feedback.
@Alanna62 Great news, thank you for coming back and letting us know!
@Tafra0 Sorry to hear you're facing similar problems, I'll pass it on to the team and will let you know should I have more news. 🙂

@Emilie perhaps you could tell us what the team you keep talking to actually say? Do the acknowledge the problem? Do they provide any feedback? Do they think it would be a good idea to provide some (any) information to the hosts that they stop paying? Has this issue been raised with AirBnB's management? Do they care? Is anything being done to stop this?
Here's the latest 'genius' support we received:

Hi @Ian35187,
I'm sorry to hear this is ongoing. I have let the team know that you are still waiting for further help, they have confirmed they are looking into it. Unfortunately I am not part of the Support team, and although I can nudge the team and try to help as best as can, what I can do and the amount of information I have is limited. If I do get any updates I will let you know.
Thanks,
Emilie

@Emilie I am sorry to say that issue with missing payments is not resolved yet for me either. I would much appreciate if you could look into it more closely as well. Thanks in advance for your help. Grgo
@Tafra0 Thanks for letting me know it's still ongoing! The team has confirmed to me someone is working on your issue and will follow-up directly with you. Unfortunately I do not have more information, but I hope it'll all get resolved shortly - please do keep us updated!

I have been hosting for several years now I have varified and they have accepted then after 14 days rejected varification. The paused payment has been going on now for 4 months and I have been hosting regular throughout. I now charging Airbnb 25 per day until they make payment in full.
Further I'm also getting the run a round from their very well trained staff
However the pacifying tones are now creating angry in my body. If anyone knows more please help Regards Sidnie

I do not know why Airbnb is keep everyone's payouts? I have posted my case on other groups just trying to get some help some how. And the number of people without payouts are scary and very worry, makes me so angry thinking that like me loads of people are in a very difficult situation because Airbnb got guests money well in advanced and is making up excuses when comes the time to pay hosts their payouts.
I have one guest arriving after tomorrow, I said I would cancel as I do not trust Airbnb anymore, I feel so sorry for my guest as it is not her fault, she did pay when she booked months ago but Airbnb do not care about anyone who is having difficulty without receiving the money from the guests that already styed, used the facilities and left the bills to be paid.
It is very said but I need to cancel my next guest stay.
My case as follow:
Hi Olga,
Did you get your problem solved?
I am having the same problem. I am with Airbnb for 5 years and never had any problem with my payouts. But this year is been a totally nightmare !!
I had guests staying in my apartment in Algarve since May, I had so far 6 guests and not a single payment was made to me. I had many messages back and forward, each time someone different and no one can resolve any thing. I did everything what they suggested. They keep saying is a form i need to respond and I did respond this form loads of times and they keeping sending me the same form to open a link that do not work and respond it... I told them hundred of times that i have done and the link does not let me open anymore. It is been such a nightmare that I fell ill and end up in hospital with stress nearly causing me a heart attack.
They are just find excuses after excuses to keep me on the loop but is not solving or giving any answers. The customer service are all like a robot, repeating the same script and are trained to say the same thing over and over and have no authority to solve anything. I made innumerous phone calls, I spoke to soo many people that i lost count, I have call them nearly every day, If i do not call I send a message and the answers are always the same.
I even rang America as here in Uk they were not even picking up the calls, I spent £100 in one call to USA and nothing was solved.
The amount of different excuses I have heard makes me sick just to remember
I do not know what to do to have my money paid, I have tried to get it sorted for months now...I losing my ill to live and bills are pilling up...
Airbnb owes me nearly 3000 euros !!
@Sueli16 Apologies for not responding sooner here! Is your problem solved now or are you still waiting for your payouts? Just in case, we've raised this with the team on our end so hopefully it helps move things along.
Thanks,
Emilie
