Airbnb has deactivated my listing and won't tell me why or help me solve it

For more than one month now, I have been trying to have Airbnb reinstate my listing to no avail.

I was told it was because my short term rental license was not renewed, at which point I provided my license that is not set to expire until 9/2021.  They still have not reactivated my account and no one there is able to assist. 

Does anyone know of anyway to get in touch with someone who can assist?  I have been reaching back at least every 3 days, and I am continually forwarded to someone new who is unable to help.
