Why is my price listed by Airbnb double the actual price of my place ? $40 vs $82 by airbnb
Hi @Robert4385
I checked your listing.
I see in GBP, as I am in the UK.

I see that your home page price is $37/night, but when I put in dates in March, the price is shown as $82/night. Check your calendar for your March dates and confirm what amount you want is reflected on the calendar. Then call Air BNB to ask that the search function price be verified. Probably a glitch.
if you go into your calendar and highlight dates you can then see both the amount you will be paid and the amount the traveller will pay. I suspect its the cleaning fee being amortised over a small number of nights plus, of course, the Airbnb fees
