I have a flat (3 rooms, furnished)  in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, can anyone please help me with the info about the Govt. rules and regulations to operate an Airbnb in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia? Thank You.

Yes your local government normally have information about STR regulations on their website have a look or call them @M301
