Hello, I am sorry to hear this, I am going through the same issues with two properties.
Airbnb’s rating system, feels discouraging that a listing with 95% five star reviews can still be suspended or even deleted due to just a few lower ratings, especially when some of those may be unrelated to the actual quality of the property.
That said, my main concern is that I’ve invested significantly in on two properties, and I’ve provided Airbnb with every requested document: photos, videos, invoices, and proof of completed work. Despite this, I still haven’t been able to get any clarity on whether or when I’ll be able to relist my property. It does not matter either if it is resisted, the system will automatically shut it down. Would really appreciate the opportunity to communicate directly with the Trust & Safety team, but so far that seems impossible.
