Airbnb keep blocking my payout

It is the third time that airbnb blocks my payout, the system ask me to delete my payout info and when I try to add it again, I get a message that I have to contact airbnb support, I called already 3 time and still not getting any help, I tried using different browsers and the same, I get the message to contact airbnb.... what can I do to stop this??
