Airbnb makes it impossible to get reimbursed for guest damage!!!

It has been 2 weeks. They ask for repeat information and detail that is unreasonable!!!! The labor cost on letterhead to have a slip cover cleaned for $42 when I already gave a picture of the receipt? Now I have to drive another 30 miles and spend 2 more hours on this for $42? This is my first claim!!!!! It's absurd. They can't tell by my reviews that I'm honest? Ridiculous!!!!!!
