We're having trouble receiving OTA messages to our Gmail account. Our Airbnb OTA messages did not transfer to our email account. Only guests who already have an account and have made a reservation with us are affected. The message should have synchronized to our email account every time they replied to the thread, but it did not. And the confusing part is that it only happened from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (EST).
