I had a guest who’s bag lock had an error because he forgot his own bag password he came to me asking if someone entered his room and i told him that the key that with him is the only key of the room then adter a while he came and apologized to me for Ťhê misunderstanding and that he remembered the password and noting happend and kept saying his sorry and also sent me a written apology on what s app then he told airbnb a lies about me and that i broke into his room and that he checked out earlly then the made an investigation with me and i told them what happened and sent the screenshots of his apology and another screenshot for airbnb chat thanking me for Ťhê accommodations and Airbnb decided to take an action against me and gave me a note because of the guest lies which is completely unfair although all the previous guests had left a very good comments about me but airbnb didnt checked it or consider it on their action so the gave me a note as a warning and now they will remove my account from airbnb so what should i do now ??
