After 3 months of struggle to get Airbnb to pay me and speaking to every ambassador and Senior case manager, there is still no money reflecting in my bank account. Airbnb don’t want to supply proof of payment or the bank and bank account from where the money is paid. They send a spread sheet with ID numbers that is of no use to me or my bank. My bank made sure there is no money pending or money outstanding. This is sooo frustrating and I think it is time to cancel Airbnb. I am afraid that future guest’s money will also not be paid over to me.
Hi @Ena15769
Can you remember whether you signed the Reserve Bank mandate for 2025?
If you didn't, Airbnb cannot tranfer funds into your account.
Hi @Ena15769
Airbnb usually sends an email notification once a payout is released. Look for an email with the subject “Your payout has been sent.”
Airbnb may also hold your payout if you need to update your identity verification or complete KYC (Know Your Customer) details.
Hi @Ena15769,
I'm sorry to hear you were running into some issues with your payouts for a few months. As it has now been a little while since you shared your shared your experience with us, I wanted to check if you'd managed to get things resolved?
In case you need more help, please let us know!
Thanks 🙂

As @Shelley159 mentions, numerous Hosts in SA have had issues with payouts due to not signing the annual mandate and/or issues with bank codes and Bidvest. There is contact info for Bidvest in the article:
Hosts in South Africa must submit their Bidvest form annually
