Hello guys,
So, I been hosting for the last 5 years receiving my payments with no issues through paypal. Sadly, Paypal restricted my account the day before receiving an airbnb payment.
Called paypal, and they stated that I couldn't receive any money anymore and that I should close my account. Anyhow, the airbnb payment never reached my papal due to the restriction on my paypal account.
I put my new bank account information in airbnb. Account was verified. Called airbnb customer service, they stated that the payment was released the October 18th to paypal. I explained to them that the money never made it to my paypal because of the account restriction. I had to call back paypal (useless customer service), but again they checked and stated that no transaction from airbnb could be found.
Called back airbnb, and so far NO MONEY YET. Airbnb keep saying that they are looking into it.
Any idea who I can contact in airbnb other than the normal customer service? any number for payments specialists?
Please help.

Same run around here too! But no issues with PayPal. It’s Airbnb not sending it. PayPal asked for the transaction id and Airbnb refused to provide it. Hosts all over the world are not receiving their payouts. You are not an isolated case. This is widespread!
Have a similar problem. Curious what happened in the end. PayPal said to wait 30 days.
