Airbnb regulations in DeKalb County, GA

Hi - I’m still renovating a home I plan to Airbnb in a couple of months.  Can anyone in DeKalb County, GA tell me what the county requires?  We live in unincorporated DeKalb County, not in the city of Decatur. Thanks in advance!
