Airbnb robbed me

Yes you saw right! They robbed me and even after paying my host they still try to take OVER 1000 euros!!!

People **bleep**ing start report them or nothing will change. Don't sit here, go to the news, consumers safety, and many more places until they compensate.

Or they will take little and little from everyone cause YOU DONT GIVE A **bleep**. Wake up!! There is no hidden fees, extra payment for long time stay, more likely discount.

@Bo-Johan0 This all sounds rather sensationalistic, considering you give absolutely zero explanation of what actually happened.

I woke up one morning and money had been withdrawn by airbnb, I called directly, they didn´t know why.

2 weeks i tried to get an answer with out luck. They hangup when I called and terminated my  chat requests.

So, after 2 weeks I started writing and saving and screenshot everything.

Now they say it was cause i change my reservation but 2 specialist couldn't give me that answer before, so they are lieing!

They wont compensate and they wont apologias.

The pictures im saving for the news. wich i contacted this night when they again tried to take money from my account even though i have payed everything to my host already! So it will be a nice story

Wait, you're saying that Airbnb took your money, but that you paid your host... but not through Airbnb? Is that what you're saying?

@Bo-Johan0  I see, thanks for the sort-of explanation. It's still not clear what happened- you say you paid the host already-how? You say you changed the reservation, but you don't explain that.

Just because one CS rep gives you one explanation and one gives you another doesn't mean anyone is necessarily lying. Some CS reps appear to be quite clueless about a lot of things, and others are more informed.

If you actually describe what happened so others can understand, maybe there's some reasonable explanation (then again, it just might be some incompetence or glitch). But if you communicated with Airbnb the way you are communicating here (unclearly, impossible to decipher what the circumstances actually were) I'm not surprised that they are not being responsive.
