We did get a quick response from support when we were not paid for a guest, despite being paid for guests before and after.
However, when I repeated my request for help replies were mixed up or hidden by a message that I had made this request before.
When we did get a specialist who appeared to understand and referred us to finance, the final message virtually told us to add a payout method which we do not want to do. So now a month later we still have not been paid. Our bank has not received the money.
We can not continue to operate without even covering outgoing expenses.
