Hallo all, we are relatively new to hosting of our property in Entebbe, Uganda. Unfortunately our first hosting experience was not the best as Airbnb canceled the month long reservation for reasons they are not allowed to explain. The ensuing endless messages are a nightmare. Is it always like this? Every time an answer is provided by another member of the support team or ambassador. Although they say they go through the history of messages to understand the issue at hand, they don’t . Are they faking human support and use bots? It is truly very frustrating and confusing. What is your experience with Airbnb support?
