Airbnb text me about not finding my business

Hello I would like to speak with a Greek professional host who runs a individual business about a serious matter that I have and Airbnb doesn’t pay me because they said they can not find my business.

Is there someone who can help me out as the ambassadors unfortunately can not do anything to help me?

Thank you for texting me Bhumika,

they send me over and over again messages that they can not identify my business and to fill a form with all my business information…. They can not indicate me what is missing or what is wrong and we do the same again again…. I have sent them pictures with all my documents about my business but we can not solve this problem. Meanwhile they have froze my payments.
