Airlock: codes not received thru text

Hi everyone,


Just wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced something similar with payout setup and SMS codes.

I tried adding a payout bank to my hosting account and needed to enter a verification code sent to my phone. I requested the code three times but never received any of them — and then got airlocked.

 

What’s strange is my phone number has been verified on my account for years, and I did receive a code when I signed up for this Community account. So the number clearly works, but for some reason, I’m not getting any payout verification codes.

 

I waited 24 hours and tried again. Still no code, and I got airlocked again.

 

The next day, I called support. The agent said it wasn’t a usual case and advised me to wait 24 hours and try a different payout method or bank. I explained it had already happened twice, but I’m not sure I was fully understood. I followed her advice, tried using another bank under my name (all legit) — and still no code.

 

Now I’m on my third airlock, and it’s honestly very frustrating.

 

Has anyone dealt with something like this before?


Did you find a workaround, or is there a specific department/support channel I should reach out to for these verification issues?

 

Any advice from fellow hosts would be really appreciated.
