Any new bookings since 2022 summer release ?

After Airbnb's summer release on May 5. my all bookings stopped.

I got just 1 new booking since

I have 3  listings

It's the top season here.

Honestly, I do not know what else we can do. The only viable (and apparently successful) suggestion I have seen so far is to use other booking platforms. Airbnb simply does not care about us. They have another plan at play here... They are not total idiots and would not risk their bookings. They are just directing them elsewhere from hosts like you and I. It is completely intentional.

I believe we have to start getting our own site to advertise, u may have to spend in order to build....nothing come for free or easy...I'm now building my website from my nieces boyfriend.. & I'm looking to advertise on my own using fliers & business cards. there are some other avenues I'm doing I'll definitively share very soon...

Here in France our electric bills went up a whopping 20% and I had to raise my prices.  I had some bookings already in June and July.  I also went from a two-night minimum to a five-night minimum as I'm usually completely booked all three months.  I cannot lower my fees but I might have to go to a three-night minimum.  It's a "Tourist Mecca" here in my town so I know I'll eventually get bookings...I just need to fill up all those vacancies.

Hang in there.  Look at your competitors' rates and their sites.  Maybe offer a 5-10% discount for a weekend.  During the low-season I used this strategy and received 5 extra bookings.

I personally only use AirBnB.  I feel the service is excellent for hosts and I also have heard that hosts get "double-booked" and that is not going to make for good business!
