Do short-term rentals of apartments in PATTAYA need to be registered with the police?

How many days is the definition of short term? A week or a month?

I have tried to register on the Thai government website, but to no avail. I feel like the website is very difficult to use.

Have your friends encountered the same situation?

If you're finding it difficult to use, perhaps employ a local superhost in Pattaya who speaks English who offers cohosting secures to help you with the registration process if you meet eligibility rules for hosting there @Michael7586
