Approval from landlord

Hi! 

 

Does anyone have a template which I could use to ask a landlord to use their property for Airbnb? I have prepared one but I do not feel so confident in using it.

@Omowunmi1 I would just ensure that the landlords lease includes the words 'Lessee (or tenant) may sublet the property on a short term rental basis' and then make sure there are no contradictory clauses stoping you from doing so.
