Arbitration in California

Hi, A guest completely destroyed our property.  Airbnb is trying to give me 1/5th of our ask, which includes lost rent due to a new  guest's cancellation when the room still smelled like smoke (same day move out/move in) and no one renting that room for a month, afterwards.  I'm asking for around $6 grand total.

I sent arbitration demand (correctly) and received the certified receipt back, and it will be 30 days tomorrow.  What options do I have if they don't responds?  Should I send another letter and alert them that they are going against their own terms by not resounding?  I'd be fine going to small claims except that it takes 6 weeks and I am trying to buy a home- this loss of $6k is interfering with me nt Airbnb project- so everyone is losing by them delaying, honestly (I've had 45 airbnbs and have been on the platform 12 years, current super host, I'm also a Plus host, etc.

Look forward to your responses!
