How much council red tape and cost is involved in setting up an airbnb on the sunshine coast

Hello Everyone! I try to just post a question per day. Todays question? I have seen people who charge to increase business to help you build your AIRBNB business. Have any of you tried them? Do you wait here for your bookings or do you list yourself on other venues? What has worked best for you?
Airbnb just changed their search algorithm for Santa Fe, NM and my top listing no longer comes up in searches, even though I am a Superhost with a 5.0 rating. I was selected as the top host in Airbnb in New Mexico this year and STILL I do not come up in searches. I have talked to Airbnb Support almost 20 times about this and cannot get it resolved or an explanation. My views and bookings have significantly fallen so I am going to add my listing to VRBO this week.

Hi my name is Letamnin.
Base on my customer service experience in retail, service and education, I put it in action. I decided how much I want for my space. This is my process:
1. I picked my geographical area based on my address on Airbnb to be competitive.
2. I viewed all Airbnb offers similar to mine
3. I checked out all the hotel prices located within that geographical area
4. I compare benefits then final my price.
Based on price and what is offered, guests decide. Guest appreciate their privacy. They will chose a private bathroom over a shared bath room, etc.
One of my guest told me it was very difficult to find long-term stay within my geographical area, so I started doing long-term.
Another guest told me that my price was not reasonable, but cheap for the kind of accommodation he received.
Another guest told me, everything was perfect with the exception of no laundry facility-the laundromat is less than a mile away.
So, I listened to my guest and make it happened for them.
You will have no problem getting guests.

I have no vacationers. People for work and other reasons. Competitive pricing is also important. Happy I could help.

Long-term is more than a week. They are not on vacation. Many times job opportunities, and relocation. My first international guest was an intern. I have guest who returns. The key to long-term is "Home away from home", comfort.
I have not used any other company,. personal and Airbnb. You need a strategy and learn your location. If you are in a vacation location add little perks for guest. Perks is like advertising your business. I also have other unlisted amenities like Airport drop off, tours etc. without extra cost. I am very big on customer service satisfaction. Every guest have different needs.
I felt comfortable to allow one of my guest to drive my vehicle. My longest guest stay was five months. I consider myself a Super Host whether Airbnb recognize me or not.
