Availability report for Tax

Hi All - I am relatively new to hosting on Airbnb in Australia. My accountant has requested an availability report or a report which I can show the dates available during the financial year. I have downloaded the earnings report, however to show availability the only thing I can find is the calendar. I would be interested and grateful if others could share what they have used?

@Brad1180   Interesting question from your accountant.  Reverse it.  My accountant asked:  When was the property NOT available, i.e., when did I (or my family) use the property or when was it unavailable due to maintenance.  Other than those dates, the property is/was available for rent 365 days of the year.
