Average Annual Occupancy Rate

Good day

How do I go about  determining what the average monthly/annual occupancy rate on my flat would be?  Flat is based in Central Stellenbosch, Western Cape, South Africa and accommodates 4 guests.

@Debbie1133 I suspect you will have to buy the data from Airdata or Airdna. Not sure if they cover your area though.

In truth you can achieve very high occupancy at low rates of lower occupancy at higher rates. What works best for you will depend on a myriad of factors.
