After hosting 1 year, I've already had to "fire" 2 cleaning companies. They just don't get into the details like they should....

We have a SFH with no HOA in Beaverton as a second home. Looking to rent it out short-term during the months that we're not there.
First question would be whether Beaverton allows this or not (Washington County, as far as I know, doesn't have any such regulation).
Second question would be if there's a reliable local property manager who would look after the house for us as we won't be there.

Hi @Jonathan967, If you are looking to explore Local Host Clubs, I am sharing this link here where you can find the available ones near you: https://community.withairbnb.com/t5/Local-Host-Clubs/ct-p/en_clubs. I hope it helps!
1. Have a look on the local government website for any STR regulations
2. post on the local host group for the area and ask for cohost recommendations
@Helen3 Thanks! I couldn't find the local host group on Airbnb. Where is that feature?
