Becoming a local vendor

Hello all, I operate gourmet donut shops in parts of Florida and was interested in seeing if there are opportunities to market our business to guests staying in Airbnb's. I have personally stayed in Airbnb and have seen pamphlets, coupons, etc but can't seem to find on how to actually do that. Would appreciate any insight. Thank you
