Airbnb writes that in Belgrade it can collect and transfer local taxes from guests instead of the host, but I can’t find how to set this up. Dear neighbors, who rents out apartments in Belgrade, please help me and tell me what taxes I should pay and how. I am not an individual entrepreneur, I do not have a company, I am just an individual, I have only one apartment. How can I pay taxes correctly? Where should I register that I want to rent out an apartment daily? Apartment on the outskirts of Belgrade, not in the center. Thank you very much in advance.
