Berlin Airbnb in Winter!

  Hello,

 

  I have started Airbnb in Berlin from May. The summer was great so far. I have a concern as I have not hosted in winter yet:

 

 - Is demand in Winter less than demand in Summer in Berlin? 

 

 Because Berlin is becoming grey in Winter. So I thought the stayings and demand will be lower during winter.

@Muharrem4 My eyeballs once froze in Berlin in the Winter. Demand will reduce but for how much you would need to buy information from a company like Airdna.com

I'm almost sure that demand will slow down after summer.
Christmas might be an exception
