I've used AirDNA in the past and liked it.  My market is very small so I dropped the service after a year.

@Christopher1178  I have been using this one http://airbtics.com i have used Airdna and other tools in past but their data seemed to be very inaccurate for most of the cities i do business in, i manage multiple locations so my demand is much higher than average user and Airbtics have been providing me with custom data, dynamic pricing and few other stuff for many cities, also they seem to have better and much more accurate data than anything else i have used yet. you can give it a shot or like me test out few tools to see what works best for you. One big problem with AirDNA is they only track AirBnB data, so if you're multi-platform like me their data is worthless.

Just use AirROI, honestly it's the best Airbnb Analytics out there in 2025 which a lot of people aren't even aware of. It's packed with features and insights, totally free too.

The best analytics platform for analyzing Airbnb is Chalet. I would suggest using Chalet's data as it is 100% free and very reliable. They also have great partners they work with. The data is updated monthly and its always fresh.
