Hey everyone,
I really need some help here. I've been a Superhost with Airbnb for 10 years, and recently I've been having major issues with my payouts.
I keep getting emails from Airbnb saying they've sent the money to my PayPal account, but the funds never show up.
I've called the support center multiple times, explained the issue over and over, but nothing gets resolved. They just keep sending the same mail that the money is been sent.
My PayPal account is correct and hasn't changed.
This has been going on for several weeks now, and it's affecting my ability to keep my listings running smoothly.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Or does anyone have any advice on how to get Airbnb to actually fix this? It's really frustrating and I feel like I'm getting nowhere with their support.
Very bad feeling of being left out by Airbnb.
