Billboard providing services to hosts

Hello, I have a service to provide to hosts but don't want to inundate people with unwanted solicitations.

Is there some type of virtual billboard that has services to offer to host, if not can someone suggest a non irritating to connect with hosts looking for assistance.

If you want to provide services to hosts it's like any other business - invest in market research to develop a marketing plan and channels to reach hosts you've identified as your target market @Ed446
