Bushwick space available

It has been deathly slow for my Airbnb. Maybe because I refuse to drop my rates to $40? If anyone has overflow, I have a bright, spacious, impeccably clean space, with a queen sized bed, available.

 

Airbnb has suggested I drop my rates to an unreasonable $40 night. NYC is one of the most expensive cities. We need to come together and keep our daily rates at a rate no lower than $50 night for weekdays and no lower than $70 night on the weekends. That way we stay competitive and in demand. If everyone drops their rates then we all lose.
