Calendar blocked

Hi!  Ive had my calendar blocked for reservations unless its more than 31 days for almost 3 weeks.  They say my permit is not valid but it is.  I’ve confirmed this with my municipality.  Every time I call customer service specialist they say the same thing and close my case.

I would guess it has something to do with the license number and or details not exactly matching...but that's a guess.

What is the "same thing" they are telling you when they close the case?

It looks like you need a permit from Gatineau and register with CITQ?

• Permit Requirement:

  Hosts must obtain a short-term rental permit from the City of Gatineau before listing their property on platforms like Airbnb. 
• CITQ Registration:

  Anyone offering tourist accommodations for 31 days or less needs a registration certificate from the CITQ.
