Hello to all,

Here we go again with California and all their hidden agendas. Now that the guests does't see the "Cleaning Fee" amount, is that automatically taken into consideration now in the who fee? I am having trouble figuring this out.

While I am not an STR owner in CA, here's some info:

- I clicked around on your listing and just picked a few random dates and it is showing a $185 cleaning fee. I am not sure if these are somehow being just shown to outside CA, but that is what I saw. 

- if you haven't already, you should do some spot checks on your listing as a renter and see what you are getting for totals. If it isn't what you anticipated then you would need to try and remedy.

Thank you for the reply @Greystone0. I asked Airbnb the same question and they did not know the answer. I did so some spot checks and I didn't see the breakdown. It is all very confusing. Hoping for someone from California to have some answers.
