California desert area rental
Hi. I'm on my way to buying rental property in a California desert (Palm Springs area.) I want to ensure I won't have a problem getting a permit. What cities are allowed to have rental properties? Thanks In advance!

Start by doing your homework. Call state and county agencies, do Google searches, hire a Realtor. This link may be a starting point

@Gayane7 Palm Springs has very restrictive rental rules. Do your homework before purchasing, and don’t rely on “my realtor said”, no matter how knowledgeable they seem to be. Best wishes.
