Can Airbnb add a pet fee and deposit for guests with pets. Also Is there a way to charge extra per person over a certain amount of guests?

You can set an "extra guest fee" (over a certain amount of guests) in section "additional charges" (menu "pricing and availability")

Also pet fee can be set in same section.
