Hi @Khaled190
At the moment you have 25 5-star reviews and one 4-star review. This is why your overall rating is [(25 x 5 plus 1 x 4)]/26 = 4.9615, which rounds down to 4.96
When you have 28 5-star reviews and one 4-star review, your overall rating will be 4.9655, which will round up to 4.97
So you need 3 more 5-star reviews to gain 0.01.
From your present total of 26 reviews, you don't need a large number of 5-star reviews to start gaining back digits.
All past reviews stay part of the overall rating. Guest favourite and Superhost criteria, however, focus more on recent reviews. I would absolutely not worry about the 4-star review - it's just proof that you're doing business, turning guests, getting reviewed and delivering a quality service.
Congratulations @Khaled190 on completing 25 amazing reviews — that’s a big achievement and shows the love and effort you’ve put into hosting!
I completely understand how disheartening it feels to receive a 4-star review after maintaining a streak of 5-stars. But please don’t let this one review take away from the incredible experience you've consistently provided. Your dedication is clearly reflected in your guest feedback.
The good news is that Airbnb calculates your overall rating based on your most recent reviews, so yes — with more 5-star reviews, your overall rating can definitely go back up. One lower rating won’t stay with you forever.

@Nandini11 But airbnb support team told me that maximum I cam be 4.99 and will never back again to 5 stars rating
@Khaled190 Yup that's correct it will be 4.99 only as that one 4star will slightly effect your overall rating.
Still no worries you are doing a good Job.
Keep it Up.Regards

@Shelley159 Thank you so much, it's really this 4 stars hurt me, I stayed 3 days don't want speak with anyone, and no power for anything, it was like cold shower on my head 😢, and yes tears go from my eyes as I did my job in a perfect way and I took 4 stars
Greeting from USA Khaled! My heart ached when I read your post because I understand. Some great hosts (like you) put their hearts and souls into hosting. So, it feels like guests are rating us personally. When I get anything less than 5 stars, I can't stop thinking about it, I cannot sleep... honestly, it makes me crazy. So, I just wanted to let you know I "see you" and understand how much this means to you. I've had over 854 reviews, 99% 5 stars, and yet, the one guest who gives me 4 stars haunts me for days.
But, you should feel really good about your ratings so far. Look at below! You're in the top 5% of listings for your area and a guest favorite. That's what future guests will see. So, hang in there! Like @Shelley159 said, you'll be at 4.99 in no time.
Thanks alot for you, I start feel good little but I was top 1% of homes and 5 stars always and I felt so bad to lose it 😏
